Hell of a weekend. Head is still spinning and ready to pick up speed. Let's hit the ground running this week!

Stretch
3x 15 tricep push ups
3x 15 lateral raises
3x 15 step ups (each side)
3x 15 wood chops
25 meters lunges
3x 15 bent flys
4x 25 crunches of your choosing
5 min cool down
