And We're Off

I know it is the weekend so I will keep things simple. My mind is kind of gone right now anyway. Here is your workout!

5 min warm up
Stretch
2x 40 calf raises
2x 15 tricep dips
2x 15 lateral leg lifts
2x 25 reg. crunches
2x 25 straight leg crunches
2x 10 windshield wipers (legs going from right to left)
5 min cool down
Stretch
