To The Point

It's Wednesday and that means plyo's. Best of luck and let's get to work!

5 min. warm up
Stretch
2x 25 meters bear crawl
4x 15 tricep dips
2x 10 squat thrusts
2x 10 box jumps( be careful)
2x 25 soccer throws
2x 25 wood chops
2x 25 meters skipping for height
5 min. cool down
Stretch
