What Day Is It?

I've lost track of the week. When does it not all just blend together? We are going with just straight resistance training and if we are off, we'll try again next week.

5 min warm up
Stretch
3x 15 push ups
3x 15 overhead press
3x 15 skier squats
3x 15 inverted rows
2x 25 reg crunches
2x 25 negative crunches
5 min cool down
Stretch
