I have to be honest. Monday was not a really great day at all. I awoke to snow on the ground again, realized that the crazy weather shifts have begun to wear down my immune system, and was hit by a car while riding my bike and knocking out some cardio. Tuesday promises to be much better and as it is cardio today, I recommend watching out for traffic.

Need to be doing these more often, but a weekend of watching derby (went to a tournament) has thrown me off. Going today, though!
