Basics

Today is going to be pretty simple and straight forward. We will only have four exercises and 20 min of cardio so enjoy!

5min warm up
Stretch
3x 20 push ups
3x 20 lunges (each leg)
3x 20 overhead presses
3x 20 bent rows
20 min. Cardio
Stretch
