4-2-1 tempo
3x 15 push ups
3x 15 squat to overhead press
3x 15 bent rows
4x 50 meter lunges

2-0-2 tempo
4x 50 meters skipping for distance
3x 30 sec mountain climbers

No tempo
2x 60 sec sec plank
2x 15 single leg floor bridges
2x 15 straight arm twists
2x 25 wood chops (each side)
5 min cool down

It's another Monday and the season is in full swing for most. Congratulations to KCRW on their latest wins as well as to all of the other winners for the weekend. Some great derby to be sure. I am personally dead tired this morning, as are many of you no doubt, and am going to need some decent music to pull this day off. Here is the playlist for my workout!
