Hit The Wall

Literally today we are going to hit the wall. This workout is designed for extreme core strength. I'll keep it short today. Enjoy!

5 min. warm up
Stretch
3x 10 ball squats
5x 20sec. wall sits
3x 10 push ups
3x 10 straight arm twists
3x 10 overhead presses
2x 10 2sec. floor bridges
3x 20 soccer throws(use your abs, not your arms)
4x 30 sec. planks
2x 25 negative crunches
5 min. cool down
Stretch
