Going Out In Style

5 min warm up

60 min consistent paced cardio
4x 45 sec. planks

The end of a long week has come and it is time for the weekend to be in full swing. If you have the chance, get out and enjoy yourself. I recommend something that will require your own personal twist, something with your own style. Whatever this is I hope it is a blast and let's you forget the week past, live the moment your in, and prepare for brighter week ahead. Have fun!!!
